Janmor 33 is distinguished among other yachts by it’s silhouette and the hull shape. The project was inspired by Colin Archer’s constructions and the North Sea and the Baltic fish cutters: therefore the hull is very seaworthy, stable and capacious, thanks to which all compartments are spacious and have a standing height. These are the ideal characteristics of a tourist yacht. The interior fulfils all functions, i.e. is has the main cabin equipped with table and seats converted to two berths, the fully equipped galley, a sanitary cabin with a WC, a wash basin and a shower, and two separate double cabins. The whole of interior is complemented with the pilot house from where the yacht and the sails can be operated and where guests can be seated on the dinette which can be arranged as beds for another two persons. The sails include: the self-tacking roller furling headsail and the mainsail in-mast reefed and furled. An additional Genoa is provided for light breezes. All the main sail operating lines are accessible at he pilot house. The yacht can be additionally driven by a 20- 60 HP motor fuelled from two tanks of a total capacity of 400l. In it’s basic ballast-and-centreboard version the yacht is designed for inland and coastal sailing: however, a seagoing version with a deep keel is being developed.

• DECK - A large bow deck gives you the opportunity for a comfortable holiday. On the deck there is a glazed wheelhouse whose shape resembles those characteristic for the fearless fishing boats. Easy communication between the bow deck and a cockpit is enabled by broad half decks. The cockpit, which is characteristic for seagoing yachts, is enclosed and safe. We install hand railings in many well-considered places on board. A reliable main railing is installed on a raised coaming. Owing to that, its upper edge runs at a height of 80cm, and not at a standard height of 65cm, which protects against falling overboard
• PILOTHOUSE - Above all, it is very bright and spacious. This is not only another compartment but also a living room , a place for work and a command center of a “ship” with excellent visibility and access to electronics. Its designer, having taken into consideration that the weather isn’t always perfect , brought all ropes to the wheelhouse so that even sailing version of the yacht could be steered in dry conditions. It is a perfect place to shelter from the rain and the scorching sun. Moreover, there is a large table and a comfortable sofa, which can function perfectly as a bed for two guests.
• MESS - A large and spacious mess. It is divided into two parts. Along the left side there is an enclosed galley . Much space provides great opportunities when it comes to arranging a functional kitchen. Cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, access to drinking water. On the other side, there is a comfortable area for relaxation, which can accommodate two people.
• CABINS - On the yacht there are two lockable cabins. One is located in the aft section and the other in the bow section. Both of them are designed to comfortably accommodate two people. There are wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The advantages of both cabins are the standing height and their large cubage.
• TOILET - First and foremost, it is functional. Installation of a shower as well as washing machine and a dryer is possible.
• EQUIPMENT:
-bow thruster
-aft thruster
-heating
-fridge
-anchor winch
-electric capstans
-deck wash pumps
-furling mast SELDEN
-air-condition
-desalinator
-freezer

Optional heating, air-conditioning and hot water (boiler) is also available on customer’s request. The WC is spacious enough to assemble the shower. The standard equipment includes toilet, washbasin, cabinet and shelf for accessories. There is also space for hanging wet clothes. Moreover, the whole toilet, up to the ceiling is made of laminate which allows keeping it clean and prevents water from leaking to other parts of the yacht. This option allows 9 persons’ crew to sail and sleep comfortably on the yacht. For customers who are used to sailing with less numerous crews, our yard has prepared different arrangement of the interior – 1 stern ship owner cabin and an enlarged bathroom instead of the second berth of a “kennel” type. Owing to this, there is more space inside the mess which can be differently arranged, there can be a separate navigation table, a cocktail cabinet or an enlarged C-shape couch. Stationary motor is a standard option. At the deck, a large cockpit provides comfortable space for each member of a crew (even with the full crew) and large half-decks, as well as flat superstructure, which gives the feeling of safety while moving around the yacht, and even ladies will find there some room for sunbathing. Depending on the option we can offer the steering wheel together with a column where you can place the necessary electronic devices or a tiller. There is a possibility to assemble a table in the cockpit. Rear balcony allows easy access to water, makes it easy to go out to the jetty and even strengthens the impression that the yacht is spacious. The yacht is available with the rotating centerboard option, a ballast keel option or fixed keel option. The yacht meets the B design category. The standard 7/8 sails with the mast of the height from 11 to 13 meters and the sails area of 42.7 m2. Shape of the hull together with the brow pooping and well matched ballast makes the yacht perfectly fitted for maneuvers in the port. The yacht sails well even with weak winds and in all weather conditions the yacht “does not pull the water”. There is also an option with bow thruster.

The prototype yacht was launched and had it’s trial trip in 2001. It is a stable, seaworthy yacht with a modern hull shape and an elegant silhouette. It’s interior is spacious and ergonomically planned and the cabin standing height ensure comfortable sailing. The interior is typical of a yacht of this size: the cabin is equipped with a table and settees which unfold into two double berths, the galley has a 2-burner stove, a sink, a sanitary cabin with WC, and a wash basin, and double berths in the forepeak and under the cockpit (which itself is very spacious and seating 8 persons). The basic installations are provided: electricity, gas, drinking water, green water and bilge water. To ensure good stability, the yacht has a 900 kg internal ballast as well as a pivoting centreboard, easy and safe to operate. As auxiliary drive, a 9-12 HP outboard motor is provided, hung on the transom or in the cockpit well, or alternatively, an inboard motor. Janmor 28 in it’s basic centreboard-ballast version, can be used for inland waterway travelling or sea coastal sailing. It is an attractive yacht both for chartering and individual owners. A sea version with a ballast keel is underway. |

Janmor25 - traditional and modern. Traditional, because our yard - „Janmor“ –benefited from 35 years of experience in the production of tourist yachts. Modern, because it was designed in cooperation with Wojtek Spisak, well known for his racing yachts’ constructions. Our newest product has is slim and high hull with a wide waterline, which gives the interior a substantial capacity, despite of the width of 2.53 m. Janmor 25 is a typical tourist vessel which is stable, easy to steer and “brave”. No extravagance, only ergonomics together with solid and proven solutions in a new form. We can offer a yacht with a classic rotating centreboard, engine and a rudder at the transom – ideal for Masuria. This configuration of the yacht meets the C design category. Second version is an almost sea, keel yacht with the deep-sea rudder blade and an optional stationary motor, which meets safety regulations of the B category. Warm seas, the Szczecin and the Vistula Lagoon, as well as coastal areas of the Baltic Sea are its natural environment. Third version is equipped with a shallow ballast keel with additionally extendable rotating centerboard. This configuration of the Janmor 25 is an ideal choice not only for an inland sailing but also for coastal sea waters. In the cabin, manufactured with the use of the laminated inserts technology, there are 6 berths, a large table, galley with a stove on Cardan suspension, separate sink and a fridge, as well as a sanitary cabin. Wooden finish and upholstery give the cabin a cosy feeling. The deck is ergonomic with a proven design of the superstructure, characteristic for our yard. Large windows of a characteristic shape, enormous companionway, small hatch over the mess and a large forward hatch make the cabin full of light. Self draining cockpit is quite deep, surrounded with a “breakwater” and partially closed at the stern. Standard fractional 7/8 sails on a modern mast of a moderate height (9.0 m). These are the sails with a classic slim mainsail and an efficient 120% Genoa. For those who expect more thrills we suggest extended sails on the mast of the height of 9.5 m. Mainsheets of the jib are comfortably supplied to the half decks around the cockpit. You will be surprised by the Janmor’s 25 spacious interior and stability of steering even under difficult weather conditions. We truly recommend it. |
