DESCRIPTION

Janmor34CC

Janmor 34 CC is a fast sea and landlocked tourist yacht. What makes it special with regard to its functionality and comfort, which is unusual for yachts of this size, is the central cockpit, beach deck and a second mess-room. It was created as a relatively affordable yacht satisfying various needs of each sailing family.

The hull was designed for fast and joyful wave sailing, great shape stability and a spacious interior. Laminated sandwich construction shells on the decks and sides have a trapezium reinforcement and strongly laminated plywood of the interior development.

A profiled ballast in the centreboard version with a draft of 70/180 cm ensures full stability and sailing efficiency. It allows for sailing  wherever ballast yachts do not reach.
The centreboard made of 30mm ship steel is kept in a case hidden under the floor and inside the table leg. The special shape of the centreboard and ballast eliminate the sound of wave knocks. It is no longer dangerous to run aground. The rotating rudder blade has a skeg protecting the screw.

Sailing traditionalists may choose from three versions of fixed ballasts with a draft of 0,9 m, equipped with two rudders, and a draft of 1,55 m and 1,8 with a suspended rudder. All the well-balanced rudders are powered by a steering wheel equipped with a hydraulic or strand steering gear.
The bow folding sprayhood protects the vast central cockpit from splashing water and the attached stern sprayhood forms a wheelhouse . Except for navigation devices the steering column contains a folding table, glass holders and a cockpit lamp which is not blinding to the  steersman. Under the steersman’s lift-up seat there is emergency exit with a washboard. The large after-deck is a perfect place for sunbathing or giving a party.  No part sticks out and the boom only runs over the cockpit. The railing baskets have double benches with folding tables at the stern. The stern platform with a jack ladder and shower makes swimming safer.

The efficient and easy-to-use rigging with a lowering mast and a full-batten or roll mainsail,
a roll crosswise fore sail with a crosswise rail may be also equipped with a bowsprit and an additional genoa stay. We offer two versions of rigging, 39 m2 and 47 m2.

Almost 10-metre boat has as much space as its 11-metre counterpart. All rooms are of the standing-position height. There are wardrobes and shelves everywhere. The bow cabin has a locked door to the mess-room. In the classic mess-room with 2 bunks and an option to convert the bunks into double banks and a folding table, there is also a navigation table.  Under the bottom of the cockpit there is the engine, boiler, heating system, washing machine, fridge and an additional galley worktop. A spacious bathroom has an extra showerseat, a bidet and 2 entrances, and the galley is larger than in a one-room flat. The stern mess-room with a desk may be used as a workplace for a businessman, and as a bedroom when it is folded.
The yacht was designed entirely by use of a computer based on a few dozen years of experience in sailing, tourism, the constructor’s design professionalism and love for beauty and comfort. The yacht is designed for sea sailing, in compliance with the PRS provisions.
