I. General Information.

1. The Operator of the Service www.janmor.com.pl is JANMOR STOCZNIA JACHTOWA

2. The Service gathers information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

a. Through information entered in forms voluntarily.

II. Information in forms.

1. The Website gathers information voluntarily provided by users.

III. Information about cookie files.

2. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are computer data, mainly text files, that is stored in end-devices of the Website User and is intended for use with the pages of the Web Service. Typically, cookies contain the name of a website from which they come, their storage time on end-devices and a unique number.

3. The Website Operator places cookies in Website Users' end-devices and has direct access to them.

c. name of the client's station - the identification is carried out by the HTTP protocol,

d. information about errors that occurred during implementation of the HTTP transaction,

DESCRIPTION

Pegaz 800 is a tourist yacht, with a good seakeeping ability, very fast and close hauling. It’s spacious, luxurious interior fulfils all the hotel functions. The conventional, ergonomically designed interior finish as well as the shapes of deck and cockpit with an open transom enable very good communication in the cabin and on the deck. Pegaz 800 (28) is manufactured in two version: with centreboard and with keel. A monolithic glass reinforced polyester hull. The galley is equipped with a 2 burner cooker, a sink, a 40l refrigerator, a 100l drinking water tank and cupboards for dishes and foods. A spacious bathroom with a WC, a wash basin and a shower definitely improves the living comfort. The standing height in the cabin is 1.87m. The mast with one pair of spreaders and standing rigging 7/8. Halyards inside the mast. Designing and completing the full, six-parts laminate inserts has largely improved the interior finish. Pegaz 800 in the version with laminate insert has become a lighter yacht, which contributed to it’s speed capacity and lowering it’s construction costs. The yacht has modern bottom inserts, a Lazy Jack mainsail system, a headstay  roller furling headsail. Electrical installation 12/230V, a Diesel 14 HP YANMAR inboard engine.
